Welcome to Rainier Cleaning Co.. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Service Agreement
When you book a cleaning appointment with Rainier Cleaning Co., you enter into a service agreement with us. We agree to provide the cleaning services as described and scheduled, and you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking and Scheduling
- Appointments can be booked online through our Square scheduling system or by phone
- All appointments are confirmed via email or text message
- We require access to your property at the scheduled time
- If we cannot access your property, a trip fee may apply
Cancellation Policy
Regular Cleaning Appointments:
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge
- Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- No-shows without notice will be charged the full service amount
Deep Cleaning and Move-In/Out Services:
- Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment at no charge
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods through Square
- Recurring service clients may set up automatic payments
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for recurring clients
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service
- We will return to address the issue at no additional charge
- Issues must be related to areas included in your service package
Access and Security
- You must provide a safe means of entry (key, code, or be present)
- If you provide a key or code, we will keep it secure and confidential
- Please secure valuables and fragile items before our arrival
- Inform us of any alarm systems and provide necessary codes
Pets
We love pets! However, please ensure:
- Pets that may be aggressive are secured during our visit
- Pet waste is cleaned up before our arrival
- You inform us of any pets on the property
Property Condition
- We clean residential and commercial properties in reasonable condition
- Hoarding situations, biohazards, or extreme conditions may require special arrangements
- We reserve the right to decline service if conditions pose health or safety risks
Liability and Insurance
Rainier Cleaning Co. maintains general liability insurance. However:
- We are not liable for damage to items not disclosed as fragile or valuable
- We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions (loose fixtures, worn surfaces, etc.)
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
- Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or fair market value of damaged items
What We Don't Clean
Standard services do not include:
- Exterior windows
- Chandeliers and high fixtures requiring ladders over 6 feet
- Biohazardous materials
- Post-construction cleanup (requires special quote)
- Garage or attic cleaning (available as add-on)
Communication
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service-related notifications
- Invoices and receipts
- Occasional promotional messages (you may opt out at any time)
Termination
Either party may terminate recurring service with written notice. We reserve the right to discontinue service if:
- Payment is consistently late or declined
- Property conditions are unsafe
- There is abusive behavior toward our staff
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
